Alabama schools might want to attend. This
is an updated list (8-26-2008) in date

Southern Shootout High School Soccer
Tournament
February 13th - 14th, 2009
for boys and girls teams held at various
venues in Mobile and Baldwin county. Hosted
by St. Paul's School, Mobile and Fairhope
High School, Fairhope, the tourney is
sponsored by Mark Dodge, the Mobile Dodge

Cullman JV
Boys Invitational -
March 6-7th,
2009
On March 6th and 7th
we will host a JV Boy’s tournament. We will
be playing games on the soccer field and in
the football stadium. We will be playing
games on the soccer field and in the
football stadium for this tournament as
well. We will accept either 8 teams or 12
teams for the tournament, with a guarantee
of 3 games. The entry fee will be $300.

The
Huntsville Hospital Madison City Boy’s Soccer
Round-robin Tournament
April 3-4th,
2009
Varsity Boys
teams will get 3 games and it will be in
round-robin format. The cost of the
tournament is $300. At this time the
following teams are in: Prattville,
Huntsville, Decatur, Pinson Valley High
school. We are still waiting on a few teams
to get back to us, but we will only take 4
more. We will also take a few JV teams that
weekend and will be able to get each 3
games.

Girls Invitational

On April 4th and 5th
we will be hosting a Varsity Girl’s
tournament. We will be playing games on the
soccer field and in the football stadium for

Morgan
County Tournament
April 7th -
11th, 2009
The 2008 Morgan County Tournament will
be hosted by Priceville High School at
Decatur's Jack Allen Soccer Complex. The participating teams are the
boys and girls teams of Austin, Brewer,
Decatur, Hartselle, Priceville, West
Morgan and possibly Danville.. The

Huntsville
High's 10th Annual JV Super Cup Tournament 2009
April 24-25th,
2009
We are happy
to announce that this year’s tournament will
be played at the Huntsville High Soccer
Complex on a warm April weekend scheduled at
the end of the JV Season as an exciting way
to culminate the 2009 JV Soccer Season.
Fees are $275 per team.
Tournament will include a Boy's and a Girl's
JV Division. Space is limited so if
you are interested in applying for this

Ninth
Annual Cane Classic Tournament
February 12th - 16th, 2008
Alma Bryant High School will be holding
their Ninth Annual Cane Classic Tournament
(boys and girls). Eight boys and girls teams
from Mobile, Baldwin, and Demopolis will be
participating. The tournament will be held
Tuesday, February 12th through Saturday,
February 16th. Games will be held at both
Alba Middle School (Bayou La Batre, AL) and
Theodore High School. Contact the Bryant

Lakeshore Shootout 2008
February 15/16 (Boys)
and February 22/23 (Girls)

Hosted by Spain Park High, Hoover High
School and Oak Mountain High School, the
Lakeshore Shootout is one of the largest and
most competitive tournaments in the
Southeast. It is an all-weather tournament.
Three of the fields will be Sprint Turfed
and playable in pouring rain. This year we
are going to continue to have an A-Division
and a B-Division so that the competition is
high on all levels. Each team will play
three games, two on Friday and one Saturday
morning. If you advance to the semifinals or
finals those games will be played on
Saturday afternoon and evening respectively.

Points Invitational Soccer Tournament
February 2008 - Huntsville, AL Hosted by Butler and Lee High School - No
information for 2008 is available. The boys' tournament is usually in late February
at Goldsmith and at Lee and the girls'
tournament is usually in early March at the same
two places. Cost is $225 and entries can be

Hospital Shootout Varsity Girls Soccer

No updated information for 2008 is available.
This round robin friendlies tournament is hosted
by Bob Jones and usually includes the top
girls' teams in the state.
Trojan War
March 2008 No updated information is available for 2008. Hosted by Daphne High School in Daphne, Alabama
- The Trojan War Tournament is usually played in
March in Daphne, AL. The tournament is open to
Boys and Girls Varsity Teams. The cost is $300
for one team and $550 if you bring two teams.

(Birmingham Area) Tournament
March
26th-29th, 2008
Annual tournament held to crown the
Birmingham Metro Champion each year.
Southern
State Challenge
March 28th & 29th, 2008 Held in Huntsville, AL and hosted by Grissom and
Randolph - This is a top regional level invitational high school tournament that
attracts teams from across the nation. The 2008
teams are Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA), Grissom
(Hsv), Habersham Central (Mt Airy, Ga), North
Gwinnett (Suwanne, Ga), Putnam City North
(Oklahoma City, Ok), Randolph (Hsv), Rogers
(Rogers, Ar) and Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC).
The tournament is full for 2008.
Scholars
Classic Tournament
March or April 2008 Hosted by Indian Springs, 2008 will be the 3rd
Scholars Classic Tournament. 2008 information is

Bob Jones
Invitational Tournament
NEW!
April 4th &
5th, 2008
Bob Jones Boys Varsity will host a
"round robin" tournament on April 4th-5th at
Madison City Schools Stadium. Teams that
will play will be Altamont, McCallie (TN),
Decatur, Huntsville, Bob Jones, Hazel Green,
Prattville, Wetumpka and East Limestone. It
is a round robin with every team playing 3
games.
Third
Annual Shoals Soccer Shootout
April 4th and 5th, 2008 Tournament is hosted by Mars Hill Bible in
Florence and held at both Florence High and Mars
Hill. This is a good tournament, which has
featured Albertville, Sparkman, Florence, East
Limestone, Muscle Shoals, West Limestone,
Sheffield, Hazel Green, and Mars Hill over the
course of the past two seasons. each team is
guaranteed 3 matches, and possibly four. We had
no teams play back to back games last year due
to a solid scheduling plan, and the tournament
is on April 4-5 (Friday-Saturday). Each team
plays at least one match on Friday, and trophies
are awarded for tournament champion, runner-up,
golden boot (most goals), and team MVP for each
side. The cost is $200 per team. Interested

to play in their JV tournament Feb. 29th - March
1st. A team has recently dropped out due to not

Pelham JV Tournament
March 7th-8th, 2008 Pelham hosts 8 teams in the 3rd annual Pelham JV
Tournament on March 7-8 at Pelham High School.
The Tournament is pool play and the cost is
$250. Spain Park, Hoover, Vestavia, Hewitt,
Thompson, John Carroll, Briarwood, and Pelham
are the 8 teams for the 2008 tournament.

Annual Central Alabama Middle School
Championship Tournament on April 11-12 at
Pelham High School. The cost are $250 and
includes at least 3 games. Thompson Middle,
Rudd Middle, Bragg Middle, and Riverchase
